For the 4th time in my life, I have dropped something pretty heavy on my foot. Never any broken bones, but swelling and immobility for about a week after. The latest drop was a 20kg barbell. Hours later I am in the cryotherapy tank, followed by compression boots. There has been minimal swelling, and no mobility issues. What so ever. Totally blown away by how such a simple tool can help repair and recover injuries.
