Katie is a qualified Nutritionist who has studied Nutrition, Nutritional Therapies, Human Movements and soon to have completed psychology.
She believes that there is no single approach that can ‘fix’ each individual. Rather, she take’s the time to understand your history, needs, and personal experiences. With this, she are able to collate a plan to suit your needs and journey.
Through personal experiences and the ability to understand the complications eating disorders, general health, body composition, and chronic disease, she has created a huge success rate in assisting all clientele.

Our Eating Disordered recovery program is a tailord approach to help guide each individual through a journey of health.
One on One Counselling sessions are a priority within each weekly catch up, as we approach a mental change in those who are recovering.
Weekly Educational homework is assigned so that you are not feeling lost outside of your check in’s.
With our Intuitive Eating Approach, you’ll learn how to break free from yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, and body shame. It’s based on a globally recognised 10-step programme that’s helped millions of people overcome food difficulties and poor self-esteem. ALLOW AT LEAST 45 MINUTES. IF YOU HAVE ANY RECENT BLOOD TESTS, BRING THEM ALONG
We will talk through previous & present Nutrtitional history, medicinal history, and work out what type of program / plan will work for you
Once a program is figured out, follow up appointments are booked weekly, fortnightly or monthly
Each week you will complete an online ‘check in’. You will receive a template from Katie with a series of questions. This is to be completed and sent every Thursday morning.
These questions will be run trhough in each face to face follow up appointment
